1. Introduction

SkyAgent Global Services LLC (“SkyAgent”) is an established provider of U.S. Agent for Service solutions for individuals or entities with non-U.S. foreign addresses who currently hold or intend to apply for FAA certificates, ratings, or authorizations. These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") govern the use of our services and establish a binding agreement between you (“Client”) and SkyAgent. By using our services, Client acknowledges and agrees to these Terms. If you do not agree, you may not use our services.

2. Services Provided

SkyAgent acts as a U.S. Agent for Service in compliance with 14 CFR Part 3, Sections 3.301 - 3.303. The U.S. agent for service would receive certain FAA documents on behalf of the individual who designated them as their U.S. agent in accordance with § 3.303. Examples of the documents that the U.S. agent may receive from the FAA include: 

  • Hosting a U.S. address for FAA documentation correspondence on Client’s behalf for the purpose of: 

    • Enforcement action letter, notices, and orders;

    • Reexamination letters;

    • Letters of investigation;

    • Letters requesting additional information or denying a medical certificate; &

    • Notices to aircraft owners of ineffective or invalid aircraft registration

  • Receiving All other FAA-related Correspondence, Documentation, and Letters on Client’s behalf.

  • Scanning and forwarding documents electronically, to a designated email provided by client per Section 4.

3. Eligibility

To use our services, each Client must:

  • Be an individual or entity required by the FAA to designate a U.S. Agent for Service with no US physical address of record on file with the FAA, who hold or apply for certain certificates, ratings, or authorizations.

  • Provide accurate personal and contact details.

  • Provide legible copies of the following documents for identity verification:

    • Passport Copy

    • Airman Certificate

    • Aircraft Registration (only applicable if Client is an Aircraft Owner)

  • Maintain an active account with SkyAgent.

4. Client Responsibilities

By using our services, Client agrees to:

  • Keep your contact information current and up to date.

  • Ensure that your designated U.S. Agent information is up to date with the FAA.

  • Promptly respond to any forwarded FAA documents.

  • Pay all fees associated with the service.

Failure to comply with these responsibilities may result in service suspension or termination of services.

Upon signing this agreement, Client is responsible for providing to SkyAgent within 7 business days:

  • Full Legal Name

  • Email Address

  • Phone Number

  • Physical Location or Address; and Mailing address

Airman Details - For holders or applicants of Parts 61, 63, 65, 67, or 107 certificates, ratings, or authorizations:

  • Date of Birth (DOB)

  • Certificate Number

  • FAA Tracking Number

  • Medical - Applicant ID Number

Aircraft Registration Details - For individuals who hold or apply for aircraft registration certificates under Part 47:

  • Aircraft Registration Number

  • Aircraft Make

  • Aircraft Model

  • Manufacturers Serial Number (MSN)

5. Document Handling & Liability

  • SkyAgent is responsible for receiving and forwarding FAA documentation within two (2) business days of receipt.  

  • SkyAgent is not liable for any delays, losses, or damages resulting from:

    • Client’s failure to update contact information.

    • Client’s failure to act on forwarded documents.

    • Technical issues beyond SkyAgent’s control.

  • SkyAgent is not liable or responsible for the legal consequences of missed deadlines due to Client inaction.


6. Payment & Pricing

  • Service Fee is $69 per year. 

  • Payment must be made in advance to activate services.

  • The service will automatically renew every 12 months, and the payment method on file will be charged unless the Client cancels before the renewal date.

  • Refunds are not available once the service period begins.

  • Failure to renew on time may result in automatic cancellation of Client’s agent designation.

  • Service Fee is subject to change without notice.

7. Shipping Costs for Physical Mail Forwarding

  • Document forwarding beyond electronic transmission will incur additional shipping costs, at the Client’s expense, plus a $15 processing fee.

  • Shipping costs will be calculated based on the Client’s location and address.

  • Shipping costs may vary depending upon urgency and destination.

  • Clients may choose between Standard and Express delivery options.

  • Clients agree to cover all shipping expenses before documents are forwarded.

8. Non-Payment

  • If payment is not received by the due date, services will be suspended, and no further documents will be processed.

  • SkyAgent will retain any received documents for an extension period of 30 days from the suspension date.

  • If payment is not received within the 30-day extension period, all stored documents will be permanently deleted, and the Client’s designation as a U.S. Agent for Service will be revoked.

  • Clients may reactivate their accounts within the grace period by paying outstanding fees. Beyond this period, a new registration will be required.

9. Account Deletion

  • Deleting your account will result in the immediate deletion of all documents and certificates associated with your account.

  • Any remaining subscription period will not be refunded.

10. Termination & Suspension

SkyAgent reserves the right to terminate or suspend services for the Client if:

  • The Client provides false or misleading information.

  • Payments are not made on time.

  • The Client fails to comply with FAA regulations.

  • The Client engages in fraudulent or illegal activities.

11. Limitation of Liability

  • SkyAgent provides services on an “as is” and “as available” basis.

  • SkyAgent shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.

  • SkyAgent’ s total liability, if any, shall be limited to the amount paid for services within the preceding 12 months.

12. Governing Law & Dispute Resolution

These Terms are governed by the laws of the United States. Any disputes shall be resolved through arbitration in the state where SkyAgent operates, unless otherwise required by law.

13. Amendments

SkyAgent may update these Terms at any time. Client will be notified of significant changes, and continued use of the service constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
